Network Infrastructure
- Site Survey and Analysis: Conducting comprehensive site surveys to assess environmental and logistical factors, ensuring optimal placement and performance of network components.
- Soil Testing and Stability Certification: Performing soil tests to evaluate ground conditions, providing stability certifications to guarantee the structural integrity of installations.
- Detailed Construction and Installation Planning: Developing meticulous construction and installation plans, complete with detailed drawings that comply with local regulations and align with customer specifications.
Installation & Commissioning
- BTS Installation activities carried out according to the site specifications & installation plan
- Installation and termination of feeder cables, antennas & grounding kits
- Installation Equipment, Tx cable. plug-in units, internal cables and power cables
Integration
- BTS integration carried out according to manufacturer procedures with quality
- Integration BTS to Base Station Controller (BSC)
- BTS swapping
Microwave Transmission Implementation
Microwave sites are required for communication between two sites, where FIBRE link is not possible / established in transmission network.
Quality Control
Highest priority given for Quality control as this factor is very much important for Mutual growth. All works will be under taken in accordance with the quality standards laid down by the Customer. Corrective actions will be initiated based on the findings of the quality audits.
Risk Management
Any RISK identified during execution of project advice the customer about how they might affect in terms of the cost / Network operation & take all necessary measures to minimize such risks.
Logistics
Management of all activities related to the Transportation and Supplier Product inventory status in the project.
